Delivery of Pet Products
Pet Angel Funerals use reputable courier companies to deliver pet products to the Gold Coast and Brisbane. When an order has been placed and payment received, products without personalisation will be dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday and personalised products will be dispatched within 48 hours, Monday to Friday.
Pet Angel Funerals is not responsible for goods that are either damaged in transit or not received. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with the courier company directly. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the sole discretion of Pet Angel Funerals.
Refunds and Returns
Pet Angel Funerals handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and may take up to seven business days to be received.
Refunds are made at the discretion of Pet Angel Funerals. No refund under any circumstance will be considered by Pet Angel Funerals where the product has been personalised or used. If you are not satisfied with one of the services provided by Pet Angel Funerals, please contact us immediately and we will endeavor to resolve your concerns.
Pre Paid Payment Plan Refunds
Payment Plans can be cancelled at any time and will receive a full refund less the initial deposit paid.
