My best friend, my love and my rock passed away on early monday morning. The hardest time of my life was saying goodbye to my 20 year old boy soxie. He was a lovely cat who was always there when i needed. We had our birthdays at the same time and everything. The same age and he was always there for every milestone i had. My first word, my first step, my first child and he was even there for my daughters first words and first steps. Soxie will be greatly missed by everybody here. When choosing to cremate him we looked at many different options but when it came to the final decision Pet angel funerals were the people to go with. The website was professional.
At 4:30am on Monday i called them to organise pick up of my mans body. The gentlemen on the phone was polite and made me feel at ease. At 8:30 Wade came and collected my boy. He said hello to my other 2 cats, was polite and referred to soxie by his name. I cannot say thank you enough to him for being to understanding and caring. Monday afternoon I got a phone call from a lovely lady to organise which service i would like. We spent a bit of time talking about it. I thanked her for being so lovely and i started talking to her about wade. She had a good chat with me and answered all my questions. Then today i got a phone call saying my boys ashes will be returned to me tomorrow morning and honestly I am once again glad to say that the lady on the phone was wonderful.
Everybody in your company seems to have a very friendly vibe and it is really helpful when you’re going through a hard time. You are professional and very kind and understanding, something hard to find now days.
I really appreciate everything you guys do. Thank you so much for all of your help and I will definitely be recommending you guys.
