I am sorry it has taken me a while to get this email to you but I wanted to express our whole hearted thanks for the wonderful service you provided for our beautiful boy “Red” on Saturday September 12th. The kindness and compassion given from the initial phone call to the collection of our beloved boy was heartwarming and gratefully received. We also love the entire delivery of Red back to our home in a beautifully presented box with the the crystal angel. Can’t thank you enough for genuinely caring about Red and ourselves on what, as you know, is a very tough time.
