Collection Hours
Monday – Sunday : 8:00am – 6:00pm
(Please note: these are not our office hours.)
If your pet has sadly passed away outside of our collection hours, we recommend placing them indoors in the coolest part of your home until we can arrange collection.
Alternatively, you can take your pet to your nearest emergency veterinary hospital, and we can arrange collection from there as soon as possible.
After-Hours Collections
A $95 after-hours fee applies to home collections scheduled during:
- Monday–Friday: 5:00pm–6:00pm
- Saturday: 1:00pm–6:00pm
- Sunday & public holidays: All day
