If your pet has sadly passed away outside of these hours, we recommend placing them in the coolest part of your home, indoors. Alternatively, you are able to take them to your nearest emergency vet hospital and we can arrange collection from there as soon as possible.
After-Hours Collections
Please note that a small after-hours fee of $95.00 will apply to home collections scheduled during the following times:
- Monday to Friday: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday & Public Holidays: All day
