Collection from your home or veterinary clinic, with your pet’s ashes returned to your home or veterinary clinic.

Your pet is cremated individually, with only your pet’s ashes returned.
Personal Keepsakes
Depending on your furry, feathered, or scaly friend, we can provide a personalised keepsake such as a lock of fur, an ink paw or claw print, or a feather (if requested).
Certificate of Cremation
A certificate confirming your pet’s cremation and date.

What does individual pet cremation mean?
With an Individual Cremation at Pet Angel, your pet is cremated on their own, in an individual cremation chamber. Their ashes are then carefully prepared and returned to you in your chosen urn or memorial box.
This means the ashes returned to you are your pet’s ashes, and only your pet’s ashes.
How do you make sure I receive my pet’s ashes?
From the moment your pet comes into our care, they are carefully identified and tracked throughout their journey with Pet Angel.
Your pet receives a unique identification tag, which remains with them throughout the cremation process. Our identification and quality assurance procedures ensure your pet and their ashes remain individually identified until they are safely returned to you.
How long does an individual pet cremation take?
Our usual timeframe is approximately 5–10 business days from the time your pet’s arrangements have been finalised.
This may vary depending on the urn, personalisation or additional memorial products you have selected. Our team will keep you informed while your pet is in our care.
What is included in a Pet Angel Individual Cremation?
Our Individual Cremation packages are designed to include everything you need for your pet’s aftercare.
Your package includes collection from your home or veterinary clinic, guaranteed individual cremation, your chosen urn or memorial box, an engraved plaque, a Certificate of Cremation and return of your pet’s ashes.
Personal keepsakes such as an ink paw or claw print, lock of fur or feather can also be provided where suitable and if requested.
What happens if I don’t want my pet’s ashes returned?
If you do not wish to have your pet’s ashes returned, you can choose our Cremation with a Friend service.
Your pet will be respectfully cremated alongside other cherished pets, with their ashes scattered on your behalf at our private memorial location, surrounded by peaceful countryside.

- Monday to Friday: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Sunday & Public Holidays: All day
