Just wanted to say a big thank you for the kindness and respect when helping with the goodbye of my lovely dog CLEO. Anyone who hasn’t had a pet wouldn’t know the sadness when they die especially after 15 years as part of the family. My sad time was made a little easier with your help and a special thank you to Anne who listened with such care and made sure that our wishes were carried out in such a dignified way. Everything was so straightforward. Little things like a call to say that our dog had been picked up from the vets and a call to see how we were doing a week or so afterwards really make a difference.
